Leading global provider of high-quality cement and specialized waterproofing materials. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join the team and cover the East Coast of Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with architects, developers, engineers, and construction professionals.
- Promoting and selling the specialised admixtures and surface treatment products for concrete.
- Conducting product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase the advantages of the products.
- Collaborating with clients for project management, ensuring successful product integration and cross selling products when needed.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Traveling quarterly to Victoria and Queensland to build strong relationships and oversee projects.
- Proven sales experience within the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel, including quarterly trips to Victoria and Queensland.
- Competitive salary – up to $135,000 + Super
