As standard, we offer a shift between 7:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. This can be negotiated to suit your needs if required.
How You Will Help Us
- Assess customer needs and requirements, and manage enquiries effectively via phone & email
- Gain an extensive understanding of our products, and use the knowledge to upsell and achieve sales targets
- Enter sales orders into ERP system & prepare and send quotes
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on quotes/leads
- Handle after sales inquiries, support for products and services
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of competitor's products and services
- Stay up to date with the market prices
- Communicate effectively with the senior management and other departments within the business
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Skills You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience that was interconnected with the use of engineering knowledge
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Confident speaking on the phone and interacting with customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools and other computer programs / softwares
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work as a team player and independently
