In this role you will, you will have the following key deliverables:
- Work with business intelligence stakeholders to design and develop data models, databases, and data warehouses specific to enable deprecation of current systems and enablement of their internal systems
- In consultation with the Migration Partner, implement processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources and support quality and reconciliation processes during rehearsals and go-live
- Work closely with the employees to understand their data and reporting needs, translating them into technical specifications for business intelligence stakeholders ensuring a current state minimum and opportunities for enhancement

Required Experiences & Skills:
- Data Management: Proven experience in managing large datasets and overseeing data warehousing projects.
- Reporting and BI: Extensive experience with Business Intelligence tools and reporting software, including the development of dashboards and reporting interfaces.
- Project Management: Experience in leading data-related projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
- Industry Experience: Previous work in a similar industry may be required for domain-specific reporting needs.
- Skills:
- Database Technologies: Expertise in database design, administration, and management (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Programming: Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.
- ETL Tools: Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and related tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
- Data Modeling: Ability to create data models and understand complex data structures.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to create insightful reports.
- Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles and practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Professional Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), or other relevant credentials in the field of data management and analytics
