- Lead multi-product project analysis and solution planning, collaborating closely with both business and technical teams.
- Coordinate business discovery efforts, standardization, and documentation.
- Facilitate Sprint/Scrum/Retro/Analysis events with technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Translate business needs into functional designs, leveraging knowledge of system capabilities and architectures.
- Drive technical and architectural design and planning in areas such as Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, business intelligence, and technical teams to drive commercial implementations supported by data insights.
- Optimize solution costs and contribute to financial planning initiatives.
- Lead innovation and research efforts, managing Proof of Concept lifecycles and market testing.
- Support demand planning activities, including estimating product demand and analyzing inventory flow.
- Assist leaders with risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance demand forecast accuracy.
- Prioritize insights requirements according to delivery strategy.
- Ensure technology solutions align with organizational strategy.
- Manage business requirements and communication effectively.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to solution delivery tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Oversee project work stream deliverables and support project delivery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, including MS Azure stack, MicroStrategy, and Snowflake DWH/EDP.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and visualize data.
- Practical understanding of Data Architecture models and principles.
- Experience with MS Azure Data Fabric preferred.
- Understanding of database structures, SQL querying, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data modeling, schema design, and data governance principles.
- Experience with tools like Alation, MS Azure Data Fabric, Spark, and Data Bricks is desirable.
- Strong understanding of business processes and goals.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms and manage stakeholders' expectations effectively.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools like MS ADO or Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and propose effective solutions.
- Understanding of data quality principles and experience in implementing data quality measures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
