As such, we are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join us on this exciting journey and be a part of our Insurance Platforms, Claims Team.In this role, you will be the conduit between business subject matter experts and agile development teams. You will actively support application activities and projects within the IAG Technology Services Department where you'll play a significant role in eliciting and documenting requirements, delivering solution analysis and delivery estimates, providing analytical direction and being the trusted advisor to all key stakeholders.You will review and contribute to technical designs, describing the solution to fulfil functional specifications to ensure traceability to business requirements.This full-time, permanent role is open for the Sydney/ Melbourne location and involves a hybrid work model.ABOUT YOUWe are currently in search of a Technical Business Analyst - Guidewire with exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing, skills, capable of collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders across different seniority levels. The preferred candidate should have the following experience:
- 6+ years of IT experience specialising in business process and systems analysis.
- Must have experience in Guidewire Claims Centre.
- Experience working on Agile SCRUM and Waterfall projects.
- Experience using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA and Confluence).
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive conversation to outcome clarity.
- Strategy analysis and solutions evaluation.
- SDLC experience
