Be a key part of our State Government client's service delivery division, working on a large digital transformation program.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Business Analyst will define, design, and implement digital solutions for the digital transformation program.
This Business Analyst will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical staff, so that the stakeholders' requirements are successfully implemented in systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze business intentions, processes, and information needs to identify changes for business solutions.
- Consult and negotiate with stakeholders, including vendors, to drive outcomes and develop solid business cases.
- Manage deliverables independently against shifting priorities to meet internal and external demands.
- Conduct discovery work to identify gaps and challenges in current service delivery through stakeholder engagement and analysis.
- Lead the articulation of business requirements, contribute to project plans, and provide clear technical advice to non-technical audiences.
Key Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in detailed functional analysis and business process documentation.
- Strong background in customer experience and human-centered design, particularly in customer profiling and journey mapping.
- Proficient in consulting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, to drive outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.
- Experienced in managing deliverables independently amidst rapidly shifting priorities and adept at keeping abreast of changing technologies and industry best practices.
- Skilled in using Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Confluence, Portfolio) and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes within tight project timeframes.
NOTE** You MUST be located in NSW to be eligible for this opportunity, and willing to attend the office when required.
