The Role
We are currently looking for a Technical Lead to join our NRMA Customer Loyalty Program (CLP)!
You will be part of the growing CLP Operations team and will be responsible for providing guidance to the team to ensure we meet our technical standards. You will be the point of contact for Estimation, Design & Troubleshooting.
To be successful, you must have an understanding in API or UI development and have previous experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent
This is a full-time permanent role open to candidates in all major cities in Australia (Sydney preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Set the technical direction we take for the CLP program.
Identify gaps in our teams' ways of working, or technical capabilities and propose methods of remediation
Contributing to estimation of solutions at various levels of design maturity.
Developing Detailed Design (DD) documents off the back of architectural High Level Designs (HLD) as well as reviewing HLDs, other people's DDs.
Maintain and keep high standards of security. Identify and mitigate risks.
Be accountable for code quality, deployment and delivery of projects.
Act as a sounding board for the team when development decisions need to be made.
Be on roster for 3rd level emergency on call support
Skills & Experience
Experience working in an agile environment.
Can work well with a range of other internal and external stakeholders, promoting cross-team collaboration to ensure all projects are delivered with a high level of quality, on time, and within scope
Well-developed organisational skills
