As a Technical Lead in our Technology Domain, you will play a key role in the their mission to build strong capabilities and culture. You'll be
- Supporting squad workload through agile practices
- Aligning New Zealand and Group strategy
- Supporting Product Owner with demand and sprint planning
- Building stakeholder, vendor and group relationships.
- Providing Technical Leadership

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven people leadership.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience in one or more software development roles (Integration Engineer, Platform Operations Engineer, Integration Designer or Solution Architect).
- Proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest developments, technologies and tooling.
- Have a thirst and willingness to expand knowledge with new technologies and techniques
