Responsibilities:
An exciting opportunity now exists for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet the customers' unique needs.
Your role will include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of product solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess customer requirements and provide customized recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record of success in Technical Sales, preferably within the HVAC or building automation industry.
- Proven experience in generating new business and closing leads.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, air quality regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
