About the Role:
You'll be on the front line, prospecting for new customers, maintaining key customer relationships, and keeping up to date with the latest products from our key manufacturers. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
- Process customer orders and maintain detailed records in our Dynamics CRM, ensuring efficient operations and enhanced customer relationships.
- Attending and contributing to company sales meetings
- Keeping abreast of new product launches and assisting sales team with technical support on these products
- Presenting products and solutions to prospective clients by understanding & focusing on their requirements
- Providing professional after-sales support to enhance the customers experience
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.
About You:
You're a seasoned Technical Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years' experience in selling technical products, preferably in instrumentation. You have:
- Experience or strong interest in IoT & IIoT products
- Familiarity with instrumentation integrators
- Proven track record in prospecting for new customers and building customer databases
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Experience in order processing and CRM management
