Technical Sales - Service

About the role:

• Responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for repairs, retrofits, hoists and other light lifting equipment, spare parts and in-house repairs
• Responsible for sales cases and/or account actions as needed to support activities generated
• Provide quotations to both contracted customers and new prospects
• Establish and maintain on-going communications with the service department to address issues related to the customer base
• Management of assigned accounts, key account business locations and preparation of sales offers

About you:

• Must be mechanically minded
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Technical Sales or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)
• A high level of motivation and ability to use your initiative
• Possession of strong commercial Acumen
