About the role:
In the role, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers to realise growth opportunities as well as servicing an established customer base. Your role is pivotal in driving growth and revenue generation for the business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and enhance sales performance, with a particular focus on steel sections.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing technical advice to clients
- Create strategic sales initiatives to improve sales volume growth
- Nurture and build out new relationships with customers
- Providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Preparing quotes
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities
About you:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in civil construction products (such as steel products)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to articulate technical information.
- Ability to develop technical expertise and effectively within our product range
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills including in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in MS Word & Excel)
