We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Technical Sales Representative to join our professional sales team at our Wetherill Park office. You will utilize your initiative and sales skills to develop new business and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on individual with a “can-do attitude”, a passion for success, and an ambition to grow within the organisation.
Qualifications & experience
- Commercial selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with a strong understanding of the sales process
- Proficiency in technical solution selling
- Engineering background/knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Experience in the Engineering Plastics industry is desirable but not essential
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- B2B Sales Experience essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain and service current business customers by building strong relationships with key decision-makers within your allocated area
- Proactively approach and identify new business opportunities within your allocated area
- Deliver exceptional customer service / Technical Support
- Liaising with internal sales and production departments to respond to customer enquiries and execute sales orders
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system to manage and track existing client base and new leads. HubSpot experience is desirable but not essential
- Equip customers with in-depth product knowledge, empowering them to make informed choices across a wide variety of markets
- Keep a sharp eye on the competition, providing valuable insights and strategic intelligence to our management team
