SalaryLiebherr Earthmoving and Material Handling division has a great opportunity for a highly organized individual with technical experience to join the Service team at our Sydney and branch located in Erskine Park. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the technical support for our Field Service technicians and our customers across Sydney and New South Wales
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to diagnose and trouble shoot any machine queries.
- Provide technical support to the field technicians.
- Responding to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
- Work with the Service Co-ordinator to complete scheduled jobs.
- Work collaboratively with the Parts and Sales departments.
- Arrange required equipment and parts for job completions.
- Monitor and track work in progress.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction
- Field experience working on equipment
- Experience working in a service department
- Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical would be beneficial
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
