MiTek specialises in the residential construction sector, offering an advanced, dependable, and technology-driven approach to managing business workflows, and the design, production, and construction of residential buildings.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:

• Drive individual and team goals aligned with MiTek Critical Strategies and the visionary MiTek 2030 mission.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships by delivering quality software support and Technical Services for truss, wall frame, and fabrication operations.
• Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting, employing diagnostic techniques and insightful questions to address customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate seamlessly with product management and software development teams, channelling customer feedback to enhance internal procedures and ensure exceptional customer service.

The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:

• A strong working knowledge of the MiTek product suite (Sapphire) and/or detailing experience with knowledge of frames & trusses
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Be customer orientated and work withing Service Level Agreements that we have in place with our customers
• Expertise in navigating Windows 10 Operating System
• A genuine, hardworking appetite for IT and the desire to learn MiTek software
• Knowledge of project management processes and where they fit / their role within said project
• Initiative to use internal learning resources when faced with a problem they cannot solve themselves - I.e. CRM based knowledge articles and instructional videos

• An attractive salary bracket of $80,000-$90,000 plus superannuation (negotiable for the right candidate)
