Technical Support Engineer – Mandarin Speaking

We are an ambitious Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturer located in Greenacre, NSW, with a strong sales network and headquarter based in China. Committed to revolutionizing the renewable energy sector, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales Technical Support for our all-in-one BESS products, ensuring comprehensive understanding and assistance for potential clients.
• Deliver timely and exceptional customer support, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients' technical teams.
• Prepare and review technical documents, supporting other internal teams in document reviews.
• Engage in technical marketing activities, presenting our technologies and solutions to the market.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies related to products and underlying systems.
• Conduct market analyses, including assessment of customer demand, feedback, and market trends.
• Perform other tasks related to support and office administration when required, in addition to the aforementioned responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power System, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of PV and BESS systems, as well as renewable energy system designs.
• Solid grasp of electrical principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office apps.
• Prior experience in Electrical Engineering, particularly working or liaising with inverter manufacturers, is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Mandarin fluency is imperative for this position, as it necessitates collaboration with headquarters engineers who exclusively communicate in Mandarin.
