You will support, manage, review, implement and maintain the day-to-day operations of information technology across the business. Striving to achieve a first point fix across a broad spectrum of technologies, troubleshooting through to resolution, and contributing to the design and automation of IS processes.You will be focused on service excellence with outstanding senior stakeholder engagement experience whilst maintaining a collaborative approach to achieving the required outcomes.
