Position:
As part of our internal expansion, we're excited to announce the opening for a Technical Support Staff position. The Technical Support Staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring unparalleled aftersales service to our valued customers, encompassing support, warranty services, user training, repairs, and product upgrades.
In this role, your daily tasks include:
• Being the frontline contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and service spreadsheets.
• Managing inbound and outbound returns efficiently.
• Providing face-to-face, online, or telephonic assistance to customers.
• Collaborating with the team leader to oversee support tickets and timelines.
• Conducting product testing on potentially faulty items.
• Coordinating with team leaders and suppliers on returns and warranty claims.
• Conducting periodic stocktake of technical service department inventory.
• Assisting in generating periodic reports on team productivity and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence.
