One of Australia's highly respected government departments are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join their growing team and play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality instructional and knowledge base content.
What you'll do:
- Develop, produce, and publish clear and concise instructional content for our Shared Services Processing teams.
- Create informative knowledge base content, including quick reference guides and FAQs, for users of our myWorkZone platform.
- Craft comprehensive troubleshooting guides to empower Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Develop content for change communication initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for all users.
- Deliver impactful training sessions to targeted audiences, both virtually and in-person.
- Proven experience in technical writing and training content development.
- A strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and easy-to-follow instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on user-centricity.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
- Prior experience with SAP implementation
