About the Role
To develop technical instruction manuals, drawings, and documentation for roof racks and accessories. As the Technical Copywriter, you will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing instructions for manuals, product specs, advertisements and more
- To develop technical instruction manuals, drawings and documentation for roof racks and accessories in accordance with Rhino Rack engineering processes
- Develop and maintain detailed database for reference materials, including research, usability tests and design specifications
- Translate complex information into simple and polished content
- Collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Operations departments
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to with an emphasis on internal controls and safe work place
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
Key Competencies:
- Adherence to Engineering standards and processes
- Compliance with company policy and procedure
- Timely reporting on project status
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Communications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
- Experience in Solidworks, MS Project, Adobe CS
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands on approach to work
