We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in producing highly engaging customer documentation for our ERP software. This position offers the opportunity for you to work both remotely (work from home) and in the office

• Work closely with our product and support teams to maintain the knowledge base.
• Develop and maintain our digital adoption tool to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with trainers to update our in-application training content.
• Lead the migration of existing content from our current Wiki to a new platform.
• Work with both onshore and offshore teams to help deliver localised content.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy and usability within our software.
• Take into consideration and apply customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
• Collaborate with designers and Technical Writers to improve and maintain style guides and content standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, delivering external customer documentation.
• Strong understanding of software design lifecycle and software design practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a "get it done" attitude.
• Genuine passion for technology, including a keen eye for design.
• Proficient in the use of documentation tools such as Confluence, WordPress or similar.
• Proficient in the use of the Office 365 suite of products including Team and SharePoint
• General understanding of web technology.

• 3+ years of technical writing experience within an enterprise-wide environment
• Experience with digital adoption tools like WalkMe, TeachMe or similar user guidance platforms.
• Experience with Project management tools like Jira.
• Experience with communication and marketing platforms like Constant Contact and MailChimp.
