About the role
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports Student Services operations and customers' needs. You will work with subject matter experts to develop work instructions, fact sheets, procedures, user guides, and quick reference guides. You will also maintain version controls to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy of technical documentation and knowledge articles.
You will be joining a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing Content team in Student Services Operations with a focus on improving customer experience.
This is a temporary full-time role until January 2025.
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in working with subject matter experts in producing technical documentation, work instructions and user guides for a range of mediums to meet business and customer needs.
You will have outstanding attention to detail and the ability to meet quality standards. You will be able to work collaboratively and independently and to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. You'll be technologically adept, have robust analytical problem-solving skills and be familiar with agile ways of working.
Experience working within the vocational education and training (VET), tertiary education or corporate training sectors is highly desirable.
