About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, people driven Technology Business Partner to join the dynamic Technology department at Village Roadshow. In this new role, you will support the organisations IT transformation and work closely with the business to ensure strategies and objectives are widely understood and supported across all divisions.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Work closely with divisional business leaders and the IT leadership team to understand technology needs and priorities
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT initiatives through effective communication and collaboration
- Prioritise IT initiatives based on business needs, resource availability, and strategic objectives
- Conduct capacity planning exercises to efficiently allocate IT resources, adjusting priorities as needed
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for IT services
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and areas of improvement, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external partners to stimulate demand for IT services and shape IT strategies
- Establish value management as a strategic organisational capability to ensure maximum value from IT investments
- Foster a culture of learning and growth within the IT organization, anticipate changes in the external environment, and advocate for best practices in business relationship management

The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, focusing on business relationship management and strategic planning
- Proven track record of building solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices
- Certification in Business Relationship Management (BRM) or equivalent experience preferred
