We are recruiting nurse superstar's who truly believe in helping their patients by providing holistic care via telehealth services. This is a full-time work from home role. Nurses across Australia are invited to APPLY NOW!
Day to Day:
- Assist patients with enquiries, appointment scheduling and payment.
- Manage clinic email inbox and phones.
- Provide up to date and informed clinical support to clinic patients.
- Remain up to date with relevant industry legislative changes.
- Support clinic doctors and clinic manager with additional ad-hoc tasks.
About you:
- Experience in the Medical cannabis field preferred, however not essential.
- Be able to deal with customer complaints in a calm and friendly manner and deescalate or escalate to management accordingly.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts.
- Competent keyboard skills and medium to advanced proficiency in medical software (Best Practice).
- Ability to work both independently as this is a work from home role and also work collaboratively as part of a team virtually.
- Strong problem-solving skills while also being comfortable seeking assistance when needed.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and have an openminded approach to care at all times.
- Current and valid AHPRA registration
