Randstad is seeking junior and experienced Administrative Assistants, for business support with our clients. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of their businesses, You will provide administrative support to various departments and executives, handling a wide range of tasks to maintain an organised and productive work environment. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in fulfilling this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and inquiries.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic files and databases.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings or special events.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks as required.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
