Job Description
About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for backfilling and coordinating the bottom set of projects and tasks within the marketing department. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be required to also liaise with the Digital Marketing Manager and Content & Marketing Campaign Manager as necessary, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategies and objectives.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Event Coordination:
Execute Benedict's annual event in July as per the project plan
Assist in finalising guest attendance and RSVP tracking
Work alongside the Site Manager to ensure all aspects of the event are executed effectively
Follow the projected event schedule, which includes reporting, liaising with vendors and other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Group Marketing Manager.
Golf Days:
Coordinate and distribute Benedict marketing collateral to the Sales Reps to attend Golf Days.
Promo Gear:
Coordinate the distribution of promo gear when required by the Sales Reps and other managers.
Liaise with vendors regarding the status of end of year promotional gear.
Social Marketing Coordination:
Assisting with the daily checking of inboxes and comments on all platforms
Social media coordination - Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to create and schedule paid ads for September
Digital Media:
Upload compliance documents and Sandy Point blasts to website when required
Update pages to the website using WordPress as requested
Marketing Assistance:
Managing marketing inbox according to the process and actioning items such as replying to Google Reviews.
Forwarding Meta, Google receipts as per process.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills required:
Sound knowledge with Excel
Asana (preferred not essential)
Pardot (preferred not essential)
Word press (preferred not essential)
Event and project management.
