The role will include but not be limited to:
- Logging and monitoring incoming tender requests
- Project and Tender Support to our estimators
- Preparation of folders for awarded tenders
- Place and follow-up supplier orders
- Create and submit safety documentation
- Compile and submit O & M Manuals
- Create work orders
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
Previous experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
- Accurate data entry with high attention to detail
- Experience with Excel, Word and PDF conversion
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- O & M Manuals, SWMS
About you:
- Onsite training will be provided by a very supportive team for this busy role
- Own transport is essential as there is no public transport. On-site parking is available.
- Salary package will be commensurate with relevant experience
- Five-day week (no weekends)
