As a Territory Manager, you will report to the Retail Sales Manager NSW and maximize the sales and profitability of PPG Architectural Coatings products in the retail sector. You will be responsible for servicing Bunnings stores across the Central West. The ideal candidate will be based in Bathurst or Orange.
Responsibilities- Achieve the sales, profit, and growth targets for the Retail Territory.
- Negotiate space for new and promotional products.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve both long- and short-term goals.
- Provide direction to lead the Retail plans and sales.
- Ensure GSV and inventory targets are met as per goals.
- Bunnings WSOH levels as set by business.
- Maintain and adjust min/max levels to suit seasonal selling patterns.
- Develop/ improve the customer service proposition to support the brand strategy.
- Deliver professional product/ system presentations to retail customers.
- Manage, maintain, and grow a portfolio of main retail accounts.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct quarterly store audits and ensure planogram compliance.
- Merchandise and present PPG products as per planogram.
- Minimum 1 year of experience/ track record in territory management and product training.
- Commercial knowledge of the coatings industry is preferred.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ideally from Central West (Bathurst or Orange).
