The Role
We're currently on the hunt for an experienced salesperson to join the Brisbane team. This vital role in the QLD business joins the existing sales team servicing industries such as construction, electrical contractors, building services and utilities.
The role will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts through QLD (mainly in SEQ)
- Grow your market share with existing accounts through upselling & cross selling
- Develop accounts with new clients through proactive new business strategies
- Visit sites, prepare tenders & quotations and manage a pipeline of sales
- Become a trusted advisor to your clients
- Be available to problem solve and deal with operational issues as they arise
- Be the intermediary between your client and the technical/ service team
- Semi-regular travel to job sites and/or remote locations
The company has an office based out of Western Suburbs Brisbane; however this role can be remote WFH for the right candidate with regular visits to the office.

The Candidate
To be a successful candidate for this job you will have come from a strong sales background selling B2B, preferably within the construction plant & equipment, heavy machinery, tools or civil industries.
The following attributes would be highly desirable:
- Track record of high achievement within B2B sales
- Construction industry knowledge
- Equipment hire experience from within generators or compressors, earthmoving plant, access equipment/ EWPs or general hire
- Background in capital equipment sales
- Ability to work completely autonomously
- Sales driven and a natural rapport builder
