Position: Territory Sales Manager – Queensland and Northern Territory
Position location: South East Queensland (remote from head office)

Outdoor Agencies' office, warehouse and most of the team are located in Sydney, NSW.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to be responsible for Queensland and Northern Territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a proven track record of success in retail and/or wholesale sales. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, driving sales growth, and representing our brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.

This position will feature working from home outside of the retailer interactions, as well as joining our team a few times a year in Sydney or surrounds.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand our presence in the outdoor gear market.
Provide product training and support to retail partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our products.
Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to showcase our products and generate leads.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and promotions that align with company objectives.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the National Sales Manager and relevant Brand Managers on progress towards sales and brand goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or wholesale sales, preferably in the outdoor industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to show vision and patience in sales driven environments.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently
Knowledge of outdoor gear and equipment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
