Seven Miles Coffee Roasters are a growing coffee roasting business with sites across Australia. Join us and work with a team who are passionate about delivering exceptional, specialty coffee to our customers.
Our aim is to develop coffee expertise, share our knowledge with our customers, connect people through a passion for coffee and help our customers to grow their businesses.
Objective
A sales role that will see you primarily identifying new business opportunities that generate new customers (cafes only) and growth in sales of our Specialty Coffee Products, as well as managing your existing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Open new accounts by developing new relationships and acquiring new customers in line with business strategy
- Relationships with cafe owners, managers and baristas
- Grow territory by maintaining customers and increasing the profitability of new and existing accounts

Core attributes, capabilities and experience
- Knowledge of coffee, coffee equipment and industry – specialty coffee, hospitality
- Sales experience in sourcing new business plus great relationship management skills with existing customers
- Positive outlook and attitude
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Current Drivers Licence
