Form of workThis Sydney role is primarily focused in the medical compression space. The person will call on Vascular / Lymphoedema / Wound related clinicians.
A clinical background is a must – preferably Physio, or OT (occupational therapy), or Nursing – probably in that preference order. And ideally already working in the space.
Role:
- Portfolio: Compression products (incl compression stockings and wraps; and some related products)
- An experienced sales person who will focus primarily on the Hospital sector and the Community channels (incl district nursing / and selected distributors / selected community health / selected Aged Care groups), targeting Health Care Professionals and Procurement personnel.
- Need to have a “can do” mind set who will find solutions to problems and overcome barriers
- An independent, self-motivated worker who is results focused and determined to succeed
- The role needs high energy, along with the ability to ‘find a way’ (i.e. it is not a comfortable existing territory growing single digit % – rather it is in build / high growth mode)
- Ideally, they have some clinical background also
- Need to be very comfortable with CRM ways of working

- NSW: in the range of $100 - $120k / + super / + car allowance ($20k plus super) / + bonus (10%) / plus stretch bonus opportunity.
- Re car, we also have the option of $15k car allowance plus a fuel card (for business use); in lieu of the $20k option
- Note: we cover all toll costs via a provided E-tag (incl personal use)
