Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Territory Sales Manager, preferably based in Victoria.
As a Territory Sales Manager for Unipak, you will be responsible for growing and developing Unipak's business within the retail distribution sector (rural stores) of Victoria, Sth NSW, SA and Tasmania.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a call cycle over a large regional area, calling on rural retail stores and delivering product presentations, training and sales support to our trade partners, while also calling on new stores to support the growth of your territory.
Roles and responsibilities include developing, building and maintaining new and existing business relationships, with a view to growing Unipak sales and brand awareness within the territory, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
The role will require regular travel to service clients in regional areas and offers flexibility in working from a home office, preferably located within Greater Melbourne or Regional Victoria.
Qualifications
Experience within crop packaging products / fodder sector highly favoured
Experience within agri retail / distribution sector highly favoured
Experience with effective Territory Sales management
Proven track record in achieving & exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated strength in customer service excellence / relationship building
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sales processes and resolve problems
Extremely well organised, motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently and manage a large regional area
Proficient in using CRM software
The successful candidate will need to be available for early starts Monday to Friday.
