This industry leading hospitality retailer is on the hunt for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, to join their high performing team.
This role requires a person who is fast paced, motivated and driven to succeed. You will have the ability to manage a diverse product portfolio and have the desire to network and make this territory your own, by enhancing existing relationships and creating growth opportunities through business development. About the role:
- Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and work for a national company offering career progression and genuine reward and recognition.
- Managing a portfolio of up to 150 clients, this role will see you out on the road in front of clients daily in metro Perth and regional suburbs.
- Utilise your excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with a variety of different customers and proven time management skills.
- Supported by a wider team of 15 sales representatives and a driven sales manager.
- Existing network and business relationships throughout the area with industries affiliated to hospitality and catering to develop new business opportunities.
- Experienced sales professional with drive to meet and exceed your sales and GP budgets, hunt new business and grow existing accounts within your territory.
- Hospitality background highly advantageous.
- You are a motivated self-starter with the desire and drive to exceed in your role.
- Strong sales/business development acumen and confidence meeting with senior decision makers of large and smaller organisations.
- The ability to build strong, long term customer relationships and be able to 'close the deal'.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time frames for sales reporting, quotes, tenders, appointments, call cycles etc.
- A current open driver's license and a clear driving record.
- $75K - $80K base + super + eligibility to earn monthly uncapped commission and incentives.
- Monthly uncapped commissions with OTE over $104,000.
- Fully maintained company car with a fuel card, mobile and laptop.
