About the role
The Timetabling Administration Officer works collaboratively with the Coordinator Timetabling, Team Leader CMT & Manager Student Systems and Support to ensure timely and accurate timetable scheduling across all College campuses
To be successful in this role you will ideally have demonstrated knowledge of a timetabling or scheduling system, student management systems, spreadsheets and word-processing software and high level analytical and problem solving skills including exceptional attention to details. The successful applicant will also have an ability to work independently and as part of a team without close supervision.
