Are you seeking a challenging role which offers an opportunity to use your professional investigative skills on an extensive and diverse range of complaint types from public complaints to workplace matters?
Council is seeking an experienced Senior Investigations Officer to provide a confidential and professional investigative service across the organisation, utilising your high level of integrity and objectivity.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

- Thorough research skills and use of interpersonal skills in all aspects of your investigations
- Ability to build rapport with others from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated skills in drafting logical and sensitive investigation reports and documentation

Application Criteria
- Substantial experience in the field of investigative services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal and administrative law practices pertaining to investigative services.
- Proficiency in producing logical and professionally written investigative reports of a comprehensive and complex nature.
- Proven interpersonal skills with ability to quickly and accurately capture information gained through informal and formal interview processes.
