We are looking for a resilient, reliable, enthusiastic and organised Trainee Administration Assistant to join the team in our Miami office. This is a 12-month full-time, fixed-term Traineeship role.
The focus of the role is to support the Human Resources team by attending to a variety of administrative support tasks while obtaining your Certificate III in Business. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn and has outstanding customer-service skills, impeccable time management, good attention to detail and the ability to juggle a busy workload. Ideally you will be confident navigating various computer based programs and using the Microsoft office suite.
Previous experience is not required! All you need is a positive attitude and motivation to learn. ETC will provide comprehensive training. This role is ideal for someone starting their career, making a career change or returning to the workforce.
