AddressJoin our team at Periodontal Associates - Melbourne! We're seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Dental Assistant/Receptionist to contribute to creating beautiful smiles! This part-time position entails working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with potential additional hours on Mondays in the future.
Periodontal Associates is a group of Specialists dedicated to providing evidence based Periodontal and Dental Implant treatment. Our focus is to provide advice and treatment to patients that allow them to maintain functional, healthy and great-looking teeth long-term.
What you'll do as a Trainee with us!
- Provide exceptional patient care by providing our clinicians with chairside assistance in a range of treatments.
- Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards.
- Maintaining all equipment and helping the team with stock control.
- Participate in the planning & treatment follow-up for patient, including pre & post op instructions.
- Play a proactive role in each day's appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamlessly as possible.
- Provide a high level of customer service at our reception desk, processing payments and health insurance claims, booking appointments and other administrative tasks as required.
