We are property management with a twist; we only work with investors who want to provide high-quality accommodation to the market and to help us create a movement of change in WA. The Role
Although from afar it looks like Property Management, it is much more than that. The team have a strong focus on managing people as well as the property. You will work alongside the team to gain experience in Property Management, the concept of Coliving and how we operate as a forward-
thinking business. We are looking for someone with a ‘get up and go’ attitude, a real team player and someone eager to grow.

The role entails:
- Full training, development, and support in all aspects of Property Management whilst constantly looking for ways to evolve and innovate.

- Shadowing PM’s to learn end to end property management

- As this role requires the successful applicant to complete a certificate IV in real estate to become a qualified Property Manager
- Become the first point of contact for resident enquiries & queries– via PropertyMe
- Attend Monday morning meetings in South Perth office, and training sessions when required (almost always on a Monday from 9.30 – 11.30)
- Direct mentorship from the General Manager
 
Ideal candidate will have;
- Be willing to gain Property Management Registration
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
- Computer proficient, MS Office Suite
- Office experience will be advantageous however not expected.
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
- The ability to give, receive and act upon constructive feedback
