Our client is a leading recruitment agency based in Perth WA. Due to rapid growth they are opening up a position for Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
What will you be doing?
This is an incredibly diverse role and you will have the opportunity to get involved in all business operations. Below are some, but not all, of the responsibilities within this position:
- Write job advertisements, create recruitment strategies, and provide HR support.
- Screen applications, call candidates and perform in-house interviews.
- Complete compliance based screening and reference checks as required.
- Attend careers expos and events.
All training is provided for this role!
What do you require to be successful?
- Experience within a people-focused role and/or administrative type position.
- A can-do attitude with a positive outlook.
- Excellent people skills with an outgoing personality.
- Sound computer knowledge with the ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Be results-driven and enthusiastic.
