The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of Concentrix in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery. This position requires attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102), provides mentoring to Program Ready Trainers, curriculum review and modification as needed, and evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods.We are currently looking for a Trainer & Quality Analyst to join our brand new team working on behalf of a State Based Government Contract based in Brisbane providing support to everyday Australians.
The Trainer / Quality Analyst will be responsible for delivering training sessions and modules for the account, monitoring trainee performance against the training program requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring new employee’s get the best quality training to help them succeed in the role. When training is not underway this role would support the account through quality assurance activities.
Duties/ Responsibilities
Plan for and deliver training sessions and modules
Manage the classroom environment to ensure the best possible learning environment.
Support new employee’s during the nesting program.
Create and present reports on training outcomes
Contribute to the development, delivery and maintenance of training materials both within the classroom and on the job
Drive continuous improvement for training and Quality delivery
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
Providing regular feedback and coaching to agents
Skills & Abilities
Cert IV in Training and assessment is essential
Highly motivated with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of training programs
Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Start date of 1st of April
Operational Hours: 8am to 5pm
Location: Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station
