Our client is seeking a skilled and committed IT Trainer & Assessor for their boutique campus in Southport, QLD. In this role, you will deliver and assess accredited IT courses, emphasising a student-centred teaching approach. Your expertise will play a crucial part in nurturing aspiring IT professionals and upholding our client’s standard for high-quality education.
Ideal candidates will possess relevant industry qualifications, such as a degree in IT or related fields, and the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Experience in a similar training role and a dedication to ongoing professional development are essential to maintain relevance in both industry and education.

Your responsibilities will include:
- deliver and assess accredited it courses with a deep focus on a student-centred teaching philosophy.
- utilise your expertise to nurture the next generation of IT professionals.
- ensure excellence in training aligned with our client’s high-quality educational standards.
- relevant industry qualifications, preferably a degree in it or related fields.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- qualifications in general information technology and advanced programming.
- experience in a similar training role, with a strong classroom presence.
- desire to continue professional development to ensure the highest level of industry and educational relevance.
- competitive remuneration: $60/hr + superannuation.
