About the role
Skills & Jobs Australia is seeking experienced trainers to facilitate accredited training for our Job Ready Program. Our program is delivered across various locations around the North, South, and Western suburbs of Melbourne and focuses on employability skills. We deliver face-to-face training over (5) consecutive days in the classroom.
Skills and experience
Essential requirements for this role:
- Hold a current TAE40122 or equivalent Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Hold a current Police Check
- Hold a Certificate IV or higher in Business or other qualification such as Front-Line Management. (consideration will be made for lower or other industry qualifications with a strong background in Business)
- Have experience facilitating training in a classroom environment and be able to engage and motivate a diverse group of participants
- Current industry experience working with Job Seekers (preferred)
- Registered ABN number
- Own indemnity insurance
- Own transport
- Travel required to various locations
