This is a great opportunity to work with some of our Brisbane Hub based professional and operational teams to deliver learning content in a variety of modes such as face to face classroom, live webinar, and e-learning, proactively manage and maintain the training compliance and standards database, and to be a key support person for our teams for all their training needs. Reporting to the Superintendent Learning and Development and working in a collaborative L&D community, you will: Manage pre and post-classroom or learning delivery logistics including; attendee lists, preparing and customising required resources marking assessments, and scanning/uploading of learning evidence Deliver learning (face to face, live webinar) Assist in the creation, design and formatting of e-learning materials, including presentations, quizzes, and multimedia content. Maintain the learning portal Be accountable for quality assurance assessment of competency evidence Complete standard SAP transactions on training activities, maintain accurate documentation, and generate reports on training activities.
