AddressAustralian Work Force are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Trainer/ Assessors, to facilitate Dogging, Rigging (Basic & Intermediate), and Crane specialisms to join a leading registered training organisation (RTO) in Geelong, Vic 3216.
FULL TIME- 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Weekend work may also be available
Note training is also delivered off-campus

About You:
- A can-do attitude and an upbeat personality
- Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/ Assessor and hold current industry skills
- Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
- Supervise students’ behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
- Perform other general duties as required
- Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Demonstrated Lifting experience within the construction/ civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
- TAA Qualifications
- Current Working Children Check Card and willing to obtain a Police Check prior
- Be accredited by WorkSafe (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
- You will need to be an Australian Resident
- Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
