What does the job look like?
The Linfox Operational Training Department is recruiting a passionate and self-motivated Operations Trainer to join their successful team. Reporting to the Senior Trainer Victoria, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
• Performing training with new and existing employees on a variety of equipment
• Delivering practical and classroom-based training (nationally recognised and awareness) to Linfox employees
• Ensure training and assessment records are processed timely and accurately
• Travelling to Metro and Regional sites to implement training solutions as required

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Operations Trainer to help deliver engaging training to our workforce and work with stakeholders to support their training needs to maintain a strong safety culture. You can demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours
• Current Certificate IV Training and Assessment (upgraded TAE40110 or TAE40116) is essential
• Heavy Vehicle Licence (MC essential)
• Forklift licence (LF) - (desirable)
• Heavy Vehicle Licence Assessor (desirable)
• Develop and review training packages or a willingness to learn
• Understanding of RTO standards and regulations
