About the organisation
The Centre for Community Welfare Training (CCWT) is the training arm of The Association of Children’s Welfare Agencies (ACWA), a non‐government peak body for NSW and the ACT representing the voice of community organisations working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
CCWT provides both short courses and In-House training as well as specialised programs, coaching and supervision. CCWT is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing quality, cost effective and accessible accredited training for people working across the community welfare sector, specialising in management, community services work, and child, youth, and family intervention.
About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly organised and detail orientated Training Administration Officer to join our team.
This full-time role is based in the Sydney CBD with some flexibility to work from home. The salary on offer is competitive and includes tax-free salary packaging options. Please note that this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Main Duties
- Handle correspondence and enquiries.
- Manage office tasks to ensure smooth operation of our Sydney office. Training / meeting rooms set up and clean up.
- Meet and greet visitors to the office including trainers and training participants.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and training courses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with, trainers, assessor, and participants to support them on their learning journey.
- Maintain accurate training records and distribute certificates to participants.
- Collate evaluation data to track satisfaction levels with the training program.
- Monitor compliance with legislative framework for the operations of the RTO.
- Assist in the preparation of required reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience as an RTO administrator highly desirable
- Ability to demonstrate strong data entry with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google applications
- Strong organisational and time-management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
