Working alongside our existing team, your role will be to assist with incoming calls and general administration duties within an RTO environment. Exceptional customer service to our students, trainers and the team is a key objective of this role.
Situated in Gladstone Park we are needing an administrator to join us on a casual basis 4-5 days per week with the potential to go full-time down the track.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Arrange enrolment paperwork for students
- Register enrolments and checking eligibility
- Ensure all documentation is assessed and compliant
- Data entry of enrolments, training plans, attendance sheets and entering opening/continuing & completed units
- Work with Trainers on a weekly basis
- Assist Operations Manager with scheduling
- Ad-hoc duties as required
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Previous experience within an Administration role
- Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, and exposure to student management systems (aXcelerate) highly desirable
- Be capable of working to deadlines
- Exceptionally organised and have high attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
