The team at LDK Greenway Views have a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a friendly, supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our team. Offering an entry level position as a Training Administrator, LDK is the perfect place to grow and support your training career.
This role would suit someone with some administrative experience or aptitude, IT literacy, strong written skills and organisational ability, but most of all a passion to help organisations and individuals succeed through learning and development. Training content development skills would be highly regarded, but we will support you with external training opportunities if you don’t have these.
The Training Administrator will be developed to support a range of training activities including:
- Administer our annual training calendar to ensure online monthly training modules are completed.
- Act as the front-line customer service point for managers and employees regarding their learning needs and requirements.
- Assist to convert training materials to interactive online modules.
- Provide administration services to coordinate external training activities including booking trainers, venues, catering and materials.
- Assist to own our online Learning Management System.
- Promote and act as the champion of our learning brand “The LDK Academy”.
- Provide holiday cover for the P&C team to run Day 1 Induction for new staff.
About you
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) is highly regarded but not essential
- 1-3 years of administrative experience ideal
- Passion for driving and supporting others to succeed.
- IT proficiency in learning digital platforms or similar.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong flair for attention to detail and completing tasks to a high standard.
- Demonstrated team skills either personally or in business, and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
