The Role:
We're searching for a seasoned Restaurant Manager or Area Manager looking to take their next steps in their career to elevate our training standards and develop our restaurant leaders, both at our partner and corporate locations. This role is integral to enhancing our brand's commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role allows for you to work from home with occasional travel interstate to assist in the Training and Development of all our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging training programs that align with our brand's ethos.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning within our teams.
- Be the authoritative voice for all Training and Development initiatives.
- Assist in the training, opening and rollout of new locations.
- Identify and nurture internal talent, preparing them for future leadership roles.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experienced in Training and Development, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams.
- Organised, with robust project management abilities.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern educational tools and platforms.
- A positive, proactive approach to Training and team development.
